Georgianna Das is a celebrated author, inspirational public speaker and empowerment facilitator. 

Previously, she has headed the Communication department of BMW and also, has had various experiences in the banking sector. She decided her experiences clearly provided her a platform to embark on a career in motivational coaching.   

Established in 1997, The Urbane Academy is a Professional Empowerment Academy. It specialises in coaching, motivating and empowering Corporate and Professional Men and Women in the areas of Personality Development, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills and Self - Esteem Enhancement through their programmes.

Some of The Urbane’s Academy’ reputable clients include Ericsson, Bayer, Matsushita, Nestle, Exxon, Telekom, Alstom, Great Eastern Life Assurance, HSBC Bank, BP, Accenture, Procter & Gamble, Deloitte Consulting, Intel and Avon. 

Georgianna's academic credentials include a B.A in Economics and a minor in Psychology from the University of York in Canada as well as qualifications in all aspects of Continental Etiquette and American Protocol from Finishing Schools in Switzerland and the U.S. Georgianna is also a licensed NLP Practitioner.

In 2005, she was voted one of Malaysia's Most Celebrated Female Authors. Georgianna is often called upon and invited to advise on many social and business related issues and has appeared in numerous publications and articles as well is a regular guest on radio and TV talk shows. She was hired to be image coach to reality TV show, Malaysia's Most Beautiful Woman.  In 1998, she was voted by Cleo magazine as one of "Malaysia's Most Inspiring Woman" and was featured in "People At the Peak", a publication that recognizes significant contributions made by Individuals through their careers to Society.
