The Founder

Georgianna Das is the founder of The Urbane Academy, a private executive practice established in 1997.

Her work spans nearly three decades across Asia and Europe, guiding leaders and professionals in the refinement of presence, confidence, and authority. Her approach is grounded in authenticity, cultural intelligence, and quiet command — not performance.

Educated in Economics and Psychology at York University, Canada, and trained at Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Switzerland, Georgianna’s work integrates intellect, elegance, and discernment.

She is the author of The Goddess Within, Poised & Polished, and The Teen in Control.

Today, her work is conducted privately from Geneva, where she hosts select engagements discreetly.
